Kurmuk Gold Mine Plc (KGM) a subsidiary of Allied Gold Corp is an Exploration and Mining company registered in Ethiopia.
KGM is the owner of one Large Scale Gold Mining License and three contiguous Exploration License in Ethiopia. All licenses are located in western Ethiopia approximately 750 km from Addis Ababa, or about 90 km north-west of Assosa town in Benishangul Gumuze Regional State.
KGM Mining license comprises two gold deposits namely Dish Mountain and Ashashire. The Feasibility Study is based on transporting Ashashire ore 15 km to a central 4 Mt/y processing plant located at Dish Mountain.
KGM /Allied has conducted over 136,505 m Core & RC drilling in 801 holes in both projects
